The silence
that sells.

Every minute a guest waits with their hand up is a minute they don't order, don't recommend, and don't come back. The Hesett table button erases that minute — one tap on the table buzzes the right waiter's watch in under a second.

The promise

From tap to watch.
Faster than saying "waiter!"

The only platform that measures the silence before and after the tap — so you know, to the second, how long every guest waited. One-star reviews prevented before they happen.

01

Tap

Guest taps one of four soft silicone buttons.

02

Buzz

The signal lands on the assigned section's smartwatch in under 600 ms.

03

Serve

Waiter swipes to accept on the watch. Guest sees the request acknowledged on the table screen.

Four signals

Four buttons. Zero ambiguity.

Every button on a Hesett device maps to one of these intents. No menu, no scrolling, no app to learn. The waiter just reads the watch and knows what the table needs.

CALL

Guest needs a waiter. Buzzes the section's watch in under a second.

ORDER

Guest is ready to order. Routes to a free server, not the busiest one.

PAY

Guest wants the check. Marks the table on the dashboard the second they tap.

CANCEL

False alarm. One tap clears the queue — no penalty, no noise.

Wrist ↔ table

The watch.
The other half.

Every Hesett kit ships paired with a staff smartwatch. The watch is the receive-end of every button tap — it buzzes, shows the table, and waits for a swipe-to-accept. No phones in pockets. No yelling across the floor.

Zone routing
Each watch is mapped to a section. Tables in zone 1 ping zone-1 watches first; idle watches in other zones pick up overflow.
Local mesh
80 m line-of-sight covers two floors, a patio, and the kitchen pass — no repeaters, no cloud round-trip.
Operational data
Every tap and every swipe starts a timer. The dashboard grades response time per server, per shift, per table.
